Executives will not use intelligence they cannot trace. This page states how Popcorn is designed to be delivered, and what this website actually does today.

Delivery approach

An engagement is meant to stay narrow enough to govern. The sequence below is a design for delivery. It is not a description of software you can log into from this website.

Design principle

A material figure cites the records behind it. If two sources disagree, the briefing says so. A smoothed number with no trail is not an executive answer.

  • If a later engagement needs data access, that access would be a separate written agreement, limited to the sources required for the named question.

Status is written in words, not implied by color. Design principles are intentions for delivery. They are not a representation that a control is implemented in a system you can use today.
